Mr. Francis Dabuo is the Headteacher of Kasei M/A Junior High School 'B'. He provides visionary leadership and oversees the day-to-day administration of the school. He is committed to promoting academic excellence, discipline, teamwork, and the overall development of both staff and students.

Mr. Alhassan Kwame Anyayubey serves as the Assistant Headteacher and teaches Mathematics and Computing. He is passionate about developing students' problem-solving and digital skills. As the School Chaplain, he also provides spiritual guidance and helps promote good morals and discipline among students.

Mr. Gabriel Asare serves as the Staff Secretary and teaches English Language and Physical Education. He is dedicated to improving students' communication skills while encouraging physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship through various sporting activities.

Mr. Appah Karim teaches Science and coordinates the school's health programmes. He inspires students to explore scientific concepts through practical learning while promoting healthy lifestyles and ensuring the well-being of the school community.

Miss Vida Ofori Amoafoa teaches Ghanaian Language and Creative Arts. She promotes cultural appreciation, creativity, and self-expression among learners. As the Girl-Child Coordinator, she mentors and supports female students, encouraging confidence, leadership, and academic success.

Mr. Daniel Kutunam teaches Social Studies and serves as the school's Events Organizer. He helps students understand their roles as responsible citizens while coordinating school programmes, ceremonies, and special events that enrich school life.

Mr. Naanjuun Yakubu teaches Religious and Moral Education. He is committed to instilling strong moral values, integrity, respect, and responsible behaviour, helping students become ethical and compassionate members of society.

Mr. Appiah Johnson teaches Career Technology and equips students with practical knowledge and vocational skills. He encourages creativity, innovation, and the application of technical skills to solve everyday challenges.
